–  Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation: All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance through our official website or authorized booking channels.
2. Payment: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment must be made 24 hrs prior to the arrival date, as per the payment schedule outlined in the booking confirmation.
3. Balance payment of the total value should be done 24 hours prior to check-in time. If not, the booking will be considered null & void, with no refund of the advance amount.
4. Cancellation Policy: We follow a strict no cancellation / refund policy. If cancellation is informed 10 days before check-in a credit note will be issued which will be valid for 3 months from the check-in date. If informed late, only if an alternate booking is made for the same date, a credit note will be issued valid for 1 month from check-in date.Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of booking and are specified at the time of reservation. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation policy carefully before confirming their booking.
5. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 1pm, and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
6. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements at the discretion of management.
7. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome at Prāṇa, subject to approval and adherence to our pet policy. Additional charges may apply for pet accommodation and cleaning fees.
8. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are enforced from [insert quiet hours]. Guests are expected to respect these hours and keep noise levels to a minimum.
9. Smoking Policy: Prāṇa is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and designated smoking areas may be provided outdoors. Guests found violating this policy may be subject to additional cleaning fees.
10. Liability: Prāṇa and its management shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the guest’s stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or health-related issues.
